Our main goal is to ensure you get your package rapidly and safely. We have chosen USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers for you to choose from or ship.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, we have absolutely no control over what happens to the package, it's out of our hands and in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Per our policy, we will guide ourselves by what it says officially on UPS.com or USPS.com website in regards to status of an order.
If your package says delivered and it has not been, we recommend the following:
1) Give it another 1-3 days to see if your package gets to you.
2) Call your local USPS or UPS office to see if they can locate your package with the tracking number provided.
Once delivered, we cannot re-ship or refund an order.
Please ensure address of delivery is a safe mailbox or physical address where a package cannot be stolen.
**Updates to shipping policies:
Please note as of June 15, 2020, we added the option of international protection to packages. This is to ensure your package of any issues with ensuring it is received.
DS Laboratories DOES NOT and CANNOT take responsibility for an order once it is shipped from our warehouse. Our promise to you, the customer, is that we receive your order and ship to the ship-to address provided.
As of July 1, 2020, we added the option for domestic (U.S. orders,) purchase protection which is to ensure your package to ensure it's been delivered to you. If you do not get purchase protection with your domestic order, we will assist in providing you contact information to contact the carrier to help locate your package. If you have purchased protection on your order, we will investigate the order with the carrier and make sure you are refunded or re-shipped. If your order has a status of delivered but you have not received it, it may take more than 15 days to re-ship or refund.
